So, I got two tickets to the Dir en grey Atlanta show. I think I got lucky because from what I can tell, a lot of people couldn't get tickets for it (before the pre-sale sold out). Well, if all works out, I'll be dragging Andrew to that show. It should be exciting to see Dir in America. It will be a definite contrast from what I'm used to cause I won't be one to stand out in comparison to the Japanese shows where I was one of the few foreigners there. I would be thoroughly surprised if, by chance, they recognize me somehow and I happen to pick up on this recognition.
And, Thanksgiving break is almost here! Well, technically it begins next Wednesday but I am taking Monday and Tuesday off so I can head out to Fairfax, VA with Andrew on Saturday morning. And, we also have that week off from raiding in World of Warcraft. Yes, my game is in fact a job of sorts. I'm filled with overwhelming anticipation! *glee*

So, here's my past year in a nutshell since the last ambiguous update:
-I took a semester off during the initial return to NC (I can claim to have been borderline hobo at some point in my life, isn't that nifty?)
-I attended a local college to establish core credits before transferring, alas.
-I'm a Mountaineer, as in, I now attend Appalachian State University. I could only dream of being a cool, mountain man.
-World of Warcraft? Sadly, it's still an addiction.
-I've been dating a chemistry grad student, Andrew, since November '05 (then a physics undergrad). We met through WoW--who didn't see that coming? In October, a month prior to the start of said relationship, we met in person. Not to mention, we've been pwning it up on Blackrock since March '05 (translation: we've been fellow guildmates since March '05). Scary how I have all of this chronicled.
That's all I've got for now. Since I have ample time between classes, an opportune time to study and do homework, I do more unproductive things like browsing Facebook (and other such cult-like sites) and wrecking havoc in forums with my persistent trolling.

at least my ass doesn't hurt. got a steroid shot in the squishiness of my left hip. it feels bruised. also had an IV, anti-biotics, and some more anti-biotics to take in the comfort of my own home. i'm a sickly person. :(

i'm in nc, it's awesome. i can flip the page of my calendar now. zodiac signs are interesting.
i have a new haircut, it's cute.
our guild killed razorgore about a week or two ago--most of you won't know what that means (but it's a good thing).
i'm glad i'm back home. :)
